Charlotte DeFlumeri
Charlotte DeFlumeri is in her third year at Northeastern, studying Art and minoring in Cell and Molecular Biology. She is interested in understanding and illustrating what makes a strong, caring community by learning from ecosystems and cultures that have been overlooked. In her co-op role, she is working with both Reckonings and Black History in Action in Cambridgeport. For Reckonings, she is examining the history of the South End through Jazz Square Activation. For Black History in Action, she is helping to visualize the oral histories of communities. Both projects reflect her interests in community work.
