Lina Fu
Lina is a second-year computer science major at Northeastern University, concentrating in AI and focusing on creating community and impact driven digital projects. She worked as a co-op under Dr. Kris Manjapra and Dr. Uta Poiger from January to June 2025 on various initiatives, including an ArcGIS Cambridge Redlining Mapping project and a Grace Black Churches of Cambridge virtual exhibit with the Cambridge Museum. Lina also worked extensively with the nonprofit Black History in Action (BHAC) throughout this time. She enjoys utilizing the potential of technology to analyze historical data and develop user-centered digital platforms that facilitate community engagement.
